- Read all necessary papers and conditions
- Deposit of $5000.00 is required (held in trust)
- Balance due in ninety (90) days or when construction starts (whichever comes first)
- A fee of $1,500.00 each for the water and sewer connection shall be paid to the town by the purchaser.
Ready to build a house?
- Bring house blueprints to Schandre Estates for approval
- Contact a Professional Geo-Technical Engineer for a report that identifies any conditions or restrictions that would apply to the lot and house design. This is only required for the walkout lots.
- The Geo-Technical report must be sent to both the Town of Lumsden and Schandre Estates
- Apply for a building permit at the Town of Lumsden
- Contact a Professional Structural Engineer to certify the foundation plans for your house for the particular lot
